Dear Selma
When you receive this postcard which I'm still writing from home at 8.30 in the evening, I ask you if possible to bring me some of the medicine which I still had, just a little and perhaps some from the Meyer's Coal-Box Safe. Such a lot has been destroyed by the fire as you can imagine. I haven't told mother that I asked you to come. I don't want to upset her. Don't get excited I'm also not doing it and Rosa should also not do it.. I am with
Maria and expect she will be well with Gods help. Cordial greetings.
