In reference to your above mentioned letter we are informing you of the following matters contained there-in: Wagner, Mirjam, born 27th January 1895 in Halberstadt, last place of residence: Berlin - Charlottenburg, Kantsstrasse 92 was evacuated to Lodz on the 18th October 1941. Proven base-document card-system card of the A.J.D.C. Berlin issued after the war. This report would be issued on the basis of the stated first name Mirjam. A death certificate does not exist.
