Published in Munchen 1942, this copy was given as a wedding gift, with an inscription to the newly weds. "To the newly wed couple, Bekker and ten Damme, With best wishes for a happy and blessed marriage. Given on 29 May 1943 by Seyss Inquart, Reichs Commissar of the Occupied Dutch Territories." It is a notorious document which in the words of the donor is the "blue print" for the Holocaust.
