Peggy Morris was born 3 March 1919 in Kensington, NSW, Australia. She was a hairdresser and opened her own salon in 1944.
Peggy talks about her first encounters with European Jewish refugees and being unaware of what was happening in Europe. During the war she made camouflage nets as part of the war effort. In 1944, Peggy was married at the Maccabean hall.
