The image of the bureaucratic executioner who pursues his annihilation with stamps and files, continues to shock us today. Included is a letter by Karl Dietrich Bracher to the editor of the 'Frankfurter Allgemeiner Zeitung', Sept. 6, 1986, discussing the comparability of the Nationalist-Socialist and Communist policy of mass murder
