Nuernberg trial and aggressive war

On August 8, 1945 the four major powers entered into an executive agreement in which they provided for the establishment of an ad hoc International Military Tribunal for the trial of war criminals whose offences had no particular geographical location. One of the acts within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal was the act of 'launching a war of aggression'
