Beschrijving

Addresses the question "What was it like to grow up as a young Jew in Nazi Germany before and into World War II?" Shows how the Jewish community attempted to provide for their children in an atmosphere of increasing repression. The second part is a case study of Gross-Breesen and the third part contains rare photographs and excerpts from the correspondence and diaries of two Gross-Breesen trainees
