The Cubs are assembled in the Pack Circle and standing ‘at ease’ with their hands behind their back to view the new Cub in the centre of the photograph being invested by the Akela, the Cub Pack Leader holding a WolfCub mascot and fellow Cub Pack Leaders. An Australian flag and Troop flag are visible in the background.
