[nb-NO]Description[nb-NO]This is a tan coloured collarless Scout shirt with a pair of brassards attached belonging to Allan Mendels. Allan Mendels was a member of the 2nd Bondi Judean Scout Troop. The shirt features Scout proficiency badges (8), khaki Boy Scouts badges (2), a Queen Scout badge, a 3 year service star pin, a 2nd Bondi (Judean) tape badge on the right brassard and right sleeve, white stripes on the left breast pocket (3) and a bunch of black (2), blue (2) and white (2) ribbons attached to the left shoulder.
