Also contains his place of birth (Stawropol) and the prisons he was incarcerated in Zamosc, Lublin-Zamek. It also states that he was in concentration camp Sachsenhausen. Has no.26438. It was issued on 24.08.1948 in Lubeka. It has been translated in Polish, German and English
