[nb-NO]Description[nb-NO]B/W photographic postcard showing the burning of the huts at Bergen-Belsen concentration camp on May 19, 1945. The camp was liberated on April 15, 1945 and as each of the barracks was cleared they were burned down to combat the spread of typhus. The ceremonial burning of the last barracks occurred on May 21, 1945.
