[nb-NO]Description[nb-NO]Sepia toned photograph of a street scene, written on reverse "In an Arab quarter in Egypt"- World War I period. Sent by the donor's late father to her late mother before the were married. Her father was a quarter master sergeant in the British Army. He was wounded twice. He was in charge of the camel train supplies. They migrated to Australia in 1926-1927.
