Leopold Pavlovic was able to secure this document attesting to the 'fact' that he was born a Roman Catholic. It is certified by a Roman Catholic priest from St. Lazar Church. The document enabled him to live under an assumed name and to obtain other documents, which helped him avoid detection as a Jew, thereby saving his life.
