[nb-NO]Description[nb-NO]Two-page court Decision/Statement concerning the estate of Mr Hugo Sachsel, a Jew, merchant in Kolin (full address given) [who died] on 6 November 1939 without last will. This statement was presented to the court by Mr Bretislav Dosek, a public notary. The document lists other people pertinent to the estate, including a nephew from Uruguay, and various siblings and relatives still living in Prague and Kolin, and accounts the fee due to the Notary, ie. 2,301.- Krones. The fee to be paid in equal half by the widow, Bedriska Sachselova of Kolin address, and sister of the deceased, Helena Sachselova, a private businesswoman, other fees are to be shared amongst other relatives as well.
