[nb-NO]Description[nb-NO]Identity card issued by The District Office of the Cernauti Jewry, to The Jew, Rita Blitz of 39 St Trinity Street, Cernauti, (Romania) indicates that she possesses the authorisation to reside in Cernauti, possesses the certificate from the census of Jews and possesses the enrolment certificate for identity card. Rita Blitz was the mother-in-law of the donor, Ron Burnie. Although in possession of a ‘Jewish’ ID Card, complete with identifying yellow Star of David, Rita was not deported to a concentration camp. She immigrated to Australia in the mid-50's and died around 1990.
