[nb-NO]Description[nb-NO]
Explores the brutal murders of all Jews who arrived during the initial establishment of KL Auschwitz. Whilst existing sources of evidence are scarce, the author attempts to recreate a picture of the fate of the Jews in Auschwitz during the early years of the camps existence. Analysis is made of the Jews in the first transports to KL Auschwitz, the penal company and the Kommandos. More precise personal details of prisoners such as ethnicities and transportation are also discussed using source materials dated from 1941.
