This article provides a demographic overview of the short- and long-term ramifications of the Holocaust on the future of the Jewish people. He points out the disturbing fact that the demographic rehabilitation rate of the Jewish people, which initially showed a robust growth of one million Jews in the first decade-and-a-half after the Holocaust, has slowed considerably.
