The Weimar period, immediately preceding the Nazi rise to power, is the most important period to be researched concerning the question of continuity and the manifestations of antisemitism that paved the way for the developments during the Third Reich. This article attempts to deal with that question by studying antisemitism in tourist resorts which is one aspect of the "everyday antisemitism" that was prsent in Weimar Germany
