[nb-NO]Description[nb-NO]
The outbreak of World War II and the first experiments in the application of terror on Polish territory contributed to the process of the full and formal consolidation of the special services of the Thrid Reich. A policy of total terror was applied in a conscious and deliberate way with gradations in relation to different social strata. The premise was the destruction of elites without regard to their ideological and political orientation.
