Eva Nagler nee Ginat was born 28th October 1926 in Lodz Poland. She spent time in the Lodz ghetto, Auschwitz, Stuffhof, Schippenbeil and survived the massacre of Palmnicken. She was on an illegal immigrant ship from Ostia but was later released and sailed to Palestine in 1946. She emigrated to Australia in 1957.
