Jurandot, an artist was confined in the Warsaw Ghetto with his wife Stefania Grodzienska. They escaped in August 1942 and hid in Golabki near Warsaw where Jurandot wrote composed this memoir and Stefania wrote her poem cycle, Ghetto Children. The manuscripts were buried in a glass jar in the garden. Included in this volume are his 7 short stories and the play "Love Looking for a Home" which had been stored in the Oyneg Shabes Archive.
