Rebecca "Betty" Lissing nee Wynschenk was born in Amsterdam Holland on 11th February 1923. She spent time in Auschwitz from September 1943 to January 1945, Ravensbruck and Neustadt. She was liberated in May 1945 and returned to Amsterdam. She arrived in Australia in 1949.
