DescriptionBlack and white photograph depicting a group of Jewish conscripts in company 108/57 of the Hungarian Labour Service at forced Labour walking down a road carrying shovels. At the right of the photograph typed, red text states: 'Forced labour'. In the bottom left corner of the picture gives the place and date: Sarospatak 1941. Sarospatak is a town in northern Hungary. This photograph is from a collection of photographs donated to the museum by Dr. Adalbert Feher who was the physician of the Hungarian Labour Service in Company 108/57. Dr. Feher took the photographs between 1941- 1942 to document the life and routine of the Hungarian Labour Service at this time.
