DescriptionA group of women being led through the forest to the mass execution site in the woods of Palmiry, north of Warsaw, Poland. Each woman is being dragged along by a German soldier. This site was used to murder Polish Intellectuals, Catholics and Jews. Donated by the late Julie Wenkart. Inscription on the reverse: "A group of women being brought to the execution place in the woods of Palmiry."
