DescriptionB/W photograph of Anna Koval, on her 1951 voyage to Australia on the "Protea"; mounted on cardboard with M2007/072:004. Coming from Munkacs, parents Csibi and Jidu Koval survived the Holocaust but lost 47 of their immediate relatives. After liberation they were reunited in Prague, where Anna was born. Once in Australia, Anna attended Matraville Kindergarten, Matraville, NSW.
