DescriptionLock of hair, cut from a child, Zosienka Eichel (b.1940). Zosienka and her mother were murdered in Poland, possibly at a village near Przmysl in 1943/44, by Ukrainian Nazi collaborators. They had been in hiding. This remnant of hair was received by Halina Robinson in 1997 from the widow of Zosienka's father, who was a cousin of Halina's mother.
