Assisting the Officiating Ministers were A.S.M H. Barnard, Guide Betty Luril and Rabbi Dr. I. Porush. A Sermon was delivered by Rabbi Dr. I. Porush (Group Chaplain). The object states that following the exit of the Clergy and Colours, the Cub, Scout and Guide sections follow the flags and form up parade as for arrival.
