On this document his name has been changed to Antonius Franciscus Hulskamp and his birthday appears different then on his Jewish identity card (M09/36:1). Both documents use a photograph of the same man (presumably Nathan) and the finger prints appear to be from the same person. This card is dated 2 July 1941, a little over two months before the Jewish card is dated and the address on this card has been amended on 3 September 1941, about two weeks before he received the other card.
