The sheet is titled "Rijks-Distributiekaart" (National distribution card) and is stamped to be used in Dordrecht. Each coupon has the words "Der Koninkrijk Nederlanden" repeated in green in the background and the sheet has a space for the owner to fill in their name and address, which has been left blank. The sheet belonged to the Frumau family, Dutch Catholics who lived in Dordrecht, Netherlands. The Frumau family helped Jews in South Holland during the war.
