In the affair we have carried out a form and within the period stipulated return announcement. The reason for that is that he had deposit securities in a private bank. Then he gave the securities to the German Empire Bank, and Preussen State Bank. We established that you in force return announcements too. But we don't know if your return announcements are related on the same security as ours. We transfer you the rights of our announcement.
We inform with the same post the make up for authorities about the transfer. So you are justified about the return announcement against the make up for authorities.
When you don't want to go on with the procedure, (because of our transfer), then you have to write to the make up for authorities in Berlin: Berlin, Schoeneberg, Martin-Lutherstrasse 61/66.
We point out that we couldn't represent you in the procedure.
The affair is finished for us now. Please don't contact us in the future.
