Hoping soon receive your further news Love Paul Haag 48 Keren Kajemet Tel Aviv." Peter Schanzer and family fled Vienna to Lativa, but were interned by the Soviets in Siberia. Peter Schanzer's parents died in camps in Siberia. He was repatriated to Vienna in 1947 and the same year emigrated to Australia.
