Cohesion and conflict among Jewish prisoners in Dachau and Lichtenburg: a social study of the extreme situation

Through memoirs and other documents, the social dynamics at work among Jewish prisoners can be seen. The focus is on the prewar concentration camps which imprisoned predominantly Germans but Jews were separated from other prisoners because of the racial laws.
