Tel-Aviv is the home of the Israeli left. In the last election, in March 2021, the four main centre-left parties together won over 60% of Tel-Aviv voters. But a closer look shows labour losing - in third place, with just 15% of the vote, trailing Yesh Atid and Likud. It doesn't look like Israel will have left-wing government again. The Israeli left is not dead. But until it can come up with new ideas, a new political base, it will remain a shadow of its former self
