Concludes that the path traversed by European Jews from Poland to Siberia, central Asia and Iran and back to Poland in 1945, followed by flight and displacement to US occupied Germany , Austria and Italy, from Teheran and Tashkent to Berlin and Bavaria and on to all corners of the globe, renders the history of the Holocaust, its refugees and survivors, transnational and multidirectional in new ways.
