Descripción
Explains why the Holocaust stands out as the gravest case of genocide and states that if root causes of genocide are not understood and addressed resolutely its highly likely to occur again, and challenges the legal jargon regarding genocide and the restrictions it may have in the holistic understanding of what the phenomena is. He emphasises that it is possible for a Hitler to rise out of all human situations, and that without addressing the elements that produced Hitler, its not possible to eradicate developments of his ideologies within society. He concludes stating it is a collective responsibility of national, regional and international players to prevent discrimination and to promote human rights for all humans without prejudice.
