Towards a new theory of Holocaust remembrance in Germany: education preventing antisemitism, and advancing human rights

The authors draw on research about antisemitism and seek to use education on the Holocaust to attack antisemitism directly. They claim that doing so can also advance broader aims of supporting human rights. Their explorations of research and concepts about the Holocaust and antisemitism lead them to develop a theory of remembrance and the potential of Holocaust education to cultivate it.
