European institutions have made great progress in protecting Jewish communities from antisemitism and anti-Jewish terrorism in recent years with agreements that commit them to action and with assisting states to implement the agreements. And yet diverse reports show a worsening situation with antisemitic incidents and Jewish fears rising.
