Working list of General Commissary
No. 2 of l.XI-1941
ORDER No. l
1. Jewish population is forbidden to walk on pavement. Jews must keep to the right of the road and follow each other.
2. Jewish population is forbidden to use leisure walks and all public gardens. They are also forbidden to sit on benches.
3. Jewish population is not allowed to use public means of communication, e.g. taxi, horse-drawn buses, passenger boats and similar forms of transport. Owners of all public transport must display clearly a notice with the inscription "Prohibited for Jews"
4. Those who break this order will be severely punished.
5. This order takes effect from today.
