BeschreibungPass issued to former concentration camp prisoners by the Allies. This one was issued to Amalie Sonnabend on 11 July 1945, three months after liberation. It features a passport photo of her and lists her nationality as “Stateless”. It also indicates that she was in Auschwitz. The document entitled the bearer to receive every privilege and help. It further lists the items that were issued to her to replace her prison uniform: 1 dress, 1 undergarment, 1 pair pants, 1 pair stockings, 1 cap and 3 towels.
