BeschreibungThree-page, typed, employment contract, in German, on official letterhead from OSRAM (a lighting company) in Berlin, dated 13 April 1928. This detailed contract is for Walter Plotke's new position as "external representative" in Cologne. This document is one of ten recording Walter's employment at Richard Feuer & Co. and OSRAM from 1920 to 1933, when his employment was terminated because he was a Jew. These documents illustrate the implementation of discrimination tactics against Jews in the German workforce during the build-up to WWII.
