BeschreibungThis is a Mothers Day card given by Robert (Bob) to his mother whilst he was serving in New Guinea. The card is from May 1945 and would have been issued by the Army printing section for soldiers serving in the region. Robert was killed on the 7th July 1945 whilst fighting the Japanese.
