BeschreibungCommemorative medal awarded posthumously to Mikulas Dym on 29 August 1994 on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Slovak National Uprising.
Miki (Mikulas) Dym, sister of the donor Eva Klug (nee Dymova), joined the partisans in Slovakia. After the collapse of the National Uprising in October 1944, he went into hiding. He was murdered by a mobile SS killing squad in January 1945 in Nemecká, Slovakia, on 9 January 1945, together with 900 other victims.
