Privatising 'simcha'; thoughts on homosexuality and marriage within Judaism

Homosexual relationships cannot be seen as representing the Jewish ideal to the same extent as the heterosexual relationship. Homsexuals may have worthy and personally ideal relationships, however there is only one 'ideal' in the eyes of Judaism.
