Beskrivelse

'Jewish law' is the collective term for the system of religious law which comprises scriptural or written law. With the change of generations, of social structures, of political orientations, of economic needs - the laws had to change if they were to achieve any practical purpose. This seemingly insoluble dilemma was solved by the creation of Oral law.
