The Officiating Minister was Rev. D. Krass with the assistance of Mr E. Wolff. The Order of Service contains the prayers, hymns and recitations included throughout the service. Assisting the Officiating Ministers were Group Scoutmaster Edgar Kelson, Rover Scout B. Holloway, Rover Mate Maurice Ochert, Scout Patrol Leader Wm. McKeown and Cub M. Opit. An address was made by the Scout H.Q. Commissioner for Training, Hartley Mcallister, Esq.
