A matching double collar to the central section of the shaft, and to the end another such collar and flat butt end another such collar and flat butt end with ring and short chain. The hand section marked with an unidentified mark ("L" enclosing a star). All three silver parts bearing a Dutch control mark used from 1914. The item is believed to be European dating from about 1830, very possibly Dutch.
