Solomon & Co. produced matzah at his factory during the Pesach �season.� The factory produced other goods including spices, sippets, horseradish, noodles, breadcrumbs, cake mixes, and dried fruit. The company was owned and operated by three generations of the Solomon family before it was sold to the Saltoon family in 1977.
