Dr Billigheimer in Australia

Billigheimer was born in Mannheim in 1889, and emigrated to Australia in 1939 under the sponsorship of Rabbi Harry Freedman of the Melbourne Hebrew Congregtion. This paper gives an account of his life and works in Australia, as a philosopher and poet.
