German "Brain Drain" in response to Aryan science: a case study of one background of the Manhattan project

Focuses on some of the key personalities, social structures and events in Germany which, as part of the background for the Manhattan Project, eventually led to the proposal that such a program was both a possible and necessary part of the Allies war effort.
