Ï'm allowed, I'm a Jew'': Oliver Polak and Jewish humour in contemporary Germany after the Holocaust

Before the Holocaust there were many Jewish comedians in Germany. However, after the Holocaust there was no Jewish humour as there was little to be humorous about. In this article the revival of Jewish humour in Germany after 1960 is discussed.
